I first met Gerald Durrell when he came to open what was the Jersey Zoo, and is now known as Durrell’s Wildlife Conservation Trust. I spend a lot of time there so decided to put some of my images into my first Meerkat Calendar - The Original Jersey Meerkat Calendar.
Who can’t be entranced by the cuteness of the Meerkats? The cover shows the ‘Meerkat Lookout’ and is followed by twelve months of equally cute and loveable Meerkats with titles such as 'Father and baby', ‘Tell me a story dad’, ‘Fun in the snow’, 'The little baby' and ‘It’s a big world out there’. Look out for next year’s new images which will soon be on the website.
